For prepaid orders, Coisy provides a purchase-safety (escrow) service through its payment gateway (PortOne), ensuring safe online transactions for Korean customers under the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce.

Korean customers have the right to cancel orders within 7 days of delivery under the Consumer Protection Act, unless the product has been used, damaged, or is a custom/final sale item.

한국 고객은 전자상거래법에 따라 배송 후 7일 이내 청약철회가 가능합니다. 단, 제품이 사용되었거나 훼손된 경우, 또는 주문 제작 상품의 경우 제외됩니다.

Return shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective.

반품 배송비: 제품 하자가 아닌 경우 고객 부담입니다.

U.S. customers may return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. All sales are final on sale items and custom orders.

미국 고객은 배송 후 14일 이내 미착용·미세탁 상품에 한해 교환 또는 스토어 크레딧으로 환불 가능합니다. 세일 상품 및 주문 제작 상품은 환불 불가입니다.

Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

반품 배송비: 고객 부담입니다.
